Compensation is hourly. Quoted time is an estimate only and does not guarantee the total time that it will take to complete your move. Time is calculated to the nearest quarter. Full compensation for your move is due the same day of completion. Failure to pay the balance in full will result in legal action and increased fees. Personal checks will not be accepted, only cash or credit card will be accepted.

Valuation for loading and unloading of your truck. Damage claims: Your items must be inspected upon completion of the loading/unloading of your goods. Soliman Movers is liable for damage during the loading and or unloading ONLY. Damage which occurs in transit is not covered is not covered for any reason under any valuation.We will fix or replace your item(s) for damages at a rate schedule of $.30 cents per pound per item as determined by the US DOT standard weights and measurements. Items which are part of a pair or set will be valued as individual items. Shipper understands that the loader/unloader is not responsible for unsealed cartons or items not packed by Soliman Movers and More. Shipper understands that Soliman Movers and More is not responsible for ceramic, granite, or marble and does not warrant the condition of appliances, or electronics, as there is no way for the Soliman Movers and More to know the operational ability of each item prior to the move. Pressed board, particle, or compressed wood is excluded from our coverage due to the nature of the material. Always check with your home or renters insurance for coverage terms. Shipper understands that Soliman Movers and More is not responsible to any damage to pool/billiard tables, pianos, or grandfather clocks. Be advised that stock, bonds, fur, jewelry, paper money, coins, and collectibles of any kind will not be covered for any reason. Please do not pack items of this nature or leave the premises unsupervised during your load/unload. If any damage to the property occurs please point it out to the lead mover immediately. Failure to notify Soliman Movers and More of any property damage prior to their departure will forfeit any claim of damage to their property against Soliman Movers and More.
